Draft Interim Report
After a decade of work at Hippos of the Decapolis, the teams involved at Hippos/Sussita are in the process of preparing an interim report summarizing the work through 2010. Crossbow Fibula
One of the more interesting small finds from 2010 is a crossbow fibula-a pin used to hold together the corner of a garment at the shoulder. Such pins were worn first by soldiers and later by church officials.
